There are times when we feel afraid, confused, sad, and overwhelmed. Sometimes we just feel stuck in our current patterns. When these feelings start to occur more often, it can lead to stress and anxiety that directly affect our daily functioning in work and relationships.
I support individuals in gaining an understanding of themselves so they are better able to build confidence and obtain a new approach to life. We will work together in a therapeutic setting to target your specific goals. I take into consideration the importance of individual culture, ethnic identity and background of each individual who chooses to work with me. In counseling with me, you will feel affirmed, supported, and respected.
