Benefits of Therapy
Each therapeutic interaction is different. With me we will discuss your wants, needs, concerns, desires, strengths and weaknesses. I will provide you with alternate ways of communicating in order to be heard as well as developing perspective on hearing and receiving information.
An important part of our therapeutic relationships will involve your level of commitment to the process. Things can be different in your relationships and in your daily life however, you have to believe that it can happen and be prepared to commit to yourself and to the process. Therapy is hard work!
